I would have forgiven Chudasama if he had got the 7 runs we needed off the last 3 balls but he didn't so .

Closer than I thought it was going to be after our poor bowling display. Whitehead almost pulled it off with 62 runs from 42 balls.

Ruff Royals won by 20 runs

It's been a great start to the T20 season for my seniors and it's continued today. It was close ratings today and with their bowling advantage I would have expected to lose.

Solomon was key with the bat and his 65 from 55 balls helped us reach 122. Some tight bowling and 2 wickets in an over from Moses may have been the turning point as a typical crumbling pitch collapse followed. In the end, all the bowlers contributed to a win that sees us remain unbeaten and 8 points clear of the relegation zone.
