Something tells me he might just make it!

I've had one player with a higher original rating than that but I think that was in the days of 17-year-old recruits and he didn't turn out to be any good.

Looking at the original ratings, I've noticed that my top 10 highest original ratings include 6 players currently at my club (4 youths and 2 senior players). So it looks like I've hit a bit of a purple patch with recruiting.
