Natural leader Reliable captaincy vs accomplished captaincy ?

Depending on experience of the two, I tend to think and I may be wrong, but also may be right, Crowie may confirm or deny, that all things being equal between the two I would use the one with accomplished if trying to get the best out of my team, as I believe although in game talents provide a boost, it’s not a full level, as I said Crowie may either confirm or deny, however if i was still in the early stages of development as you are I would use the one with reliable captaincy and the natural leader talent, provided I planned on keeping him, in every game I could to raise his level just like training batting or bowling as in a few seasons or so he would end up with outstanding captaincy to go with his natural talent there for making him a better prospect.

Really? I was under the impression that Natural Leader = Skilled (Captaincy) i.e. it provides a boost to the captaincy skill. Given that captaincy plateau's at outstanding then the benefit of Natural Leader should be zero at outstanding; the player is as high in that skill as possible already. I believe Natural Leader is only an effective skill at expert captaincy and below.

You may be right but if you keep playing him as a expert captain with natural leader he will end up at outstanding regardless of any boost
Once he hits outstanding your not going to stop playing him as a captain in important games just because there might not be a boost, obviously in games you believe you should win easily you’d play another player as captain to improve them, but the tight ones, the ones that matter you pick the best one available, so I would play the reliable with natural as much as possible as captain while the squad is young and building it up to be competitive or alternate them to build them both up.

My 1 player on Sunday is at 20 years 14 weeks and on Monday ,he is still at that age .I am from India

I download the active players most weekends including the last one and it has him at 20.13 so he would be 20.14

is it possible to restrict national managers from choosing players from my team??

I'm currently in div 2 and almost lost this week's game + no 1 spot just cause my captain and main bowler was selected in Netherland u20 team...and he didn't play the game even for the country.

neither was able to play for my team.

also i could lose this week's youth od due to this.

please help..i don't want to lose game on that price (just for players getting selected in nationals)

this is complete nonsense.

either allow them to play for both teams or allow to restrict managers from selecting players.

one more thing i wanted to give light on -- that national managers can see all players skills from a particular country...please change this to --- allow only final national squad players skills to be seen after selection has been done.

please be fair to the users...i'm requesting the admin panel.

Yes. You could permanently promote them into the senior squad even at 16.

Thanks. Do you know why this removed? I’m assuming because the senior talent pool was small in the early seasons.

Just didn't make sense as the game continued to go on. Changes were made to let you pick youth players for senior games so premature promotion into the senior squad was redundant. More importantly since youth training is faster than senior training the changes let you play youths in senior games and keep their youth training speeds.
