A bit out of the loop with standards for U-20's (was U-19 when I managed) was wondering if this guy was likely to be needed?
And if so, do you want some Strength Training?

Hey mate

I would advise managers against training strength before they are 23/24.

If I were in your shoes I’d look at a few fielding pops to accomp, which should also pop the tech, then put back onto bowling training.

The bowlers touring at the moment to give some context are exp/exp primaries with reli+ fielding. Prodigy talents helps however the training speed is largely impacted by your youth academy level.
