I am working up a page of changes etc, like a whiteboard if you like that people will be able to view the wort of things we are looking at or working on shortly.

Could you use a chalkboard instead and make the naughtiest manager clean out the dusters at the end of each week?

Some of you younger guys need some real culture, no more of these history museums and stuff, go out and get a hold of dvds or bluray that have the titles Lethal Weapon or Die hard in them and learn something worthwhile.
