Yes I know he had a good tour. It was about fatigue when it came to the last game against India. We rested a few to try and get an advantage against a very high rated side but unfortunately it still was not enough.

Tour report

Tough tour as we lack strength in depth currently and alot of our players are short of fitness.

However before the last round of games we sat 3rd with a chance of winning League but also a chance of relegating depending on results.

Unfortunately we lost to Netherlands which was a surprise but managed to stay in the 2nd Div. We achieved our goal of not relegating so happy with that at least although promotion would have been a bonus. Thanks to all managers who support our National sides

Not the best squad we have had...really struggling for bowlers so there are a few in here who would not normally make it on tour.

A poor Tour as expected where as previously said we are struggling for seam bowlers...

Onwards and upwards. We have a lot of young players coming through but we must ensure that we get their best potential.

Just a reminder of what the minimum requirements for Internationals are -

Primaries need to be Expert as well as Technique.
Fielding has to be Capable as a minimum.. Reliable is preferable.
Keeping, Expert with expert batsman and tech.

Would like to see a minimum of Reasonable experience and at least this for Endurance as there are multiple games and are 50 overs.

We are not hitting these requirements at present across an 18 man squad. Thank you for your continuing support...things will get better

Another season with more challenges but also with optimism for the future. Quad888 has joined the management team to assist with trying to get as much potential out of our young players coming through. Please do not take offence to any polite requests about training plans, we are just looking for as many players as possible to reach the international requirements below.

Primaries need to be Expert as well as Technique.

First tour of the season. We went very strong to host tour as we needed spin pitches but were outbid by Pakistan and did not get ideal conditions but it is what it is and we will do our best

A really disappointing display so far this tour. I felt we had a deeper batting lineup but we have not scored at all and as expected our bowlers have failed to take wickets. Will keep trying our best with what we have

A successful tour so far with our only real issue being a puzzling loss against Canada. But victories against England and India and a Tie with league leaders UAE means that if we beat Pakistan and England fail to beat UAE we promote. An England win would then be down to NRR so we need a good result anyway.


After match...well that did not work out UAE won but we failed to beat Pakistan, disappointing but a big positive was not relegating.

Thank you for your ongoing support, we are finally turning the corner and have some great young players coming through for the next couple of tours
