All Rounder or Bowler

Either would work but depends what you need. Having higher tech is good for an a/r as it helps the training. I would go a/r but train bowling up first; I prefer my a/rs to have better bowling than batting. So train bowling till mid average (and perhaps bowl tech too depending on pops), then switch to a/r and some fielding. Of course the endo is an issue for an a/r.......

Yeah that was my issue. Going to need some fitness training at some stage, so maybe straight bowler. Anyway I put him on bowling and can decide later.

lol I put him on TM with 50k thinking it might be too much....

and current bid is 350k

Fast bowler, decent wage and prodigy...... = good money. In a good academy he will be good - I suspect the current buyer does have a decent academy and he is one of the managers that buys in a bunch of youth players and then crashes up the leagues after accumulating lots of coin...... I hat that way of playing as it basically means you don't play for several seasons and then are unfairly much better than everyone else.....
