lost the toss against Topmen and having a bowl on sticky/humid. Opps 70/4 at drinks, the next 10 or so overs will be crucial.

opps 185/10, think it'll be 15-20 too many. Mccarthy anchored the innings really well for them with 75.

Ok, I guess but, with the weather, I would make Relegation reprobates favourites. 112 for Liberatore was a good innings but we could have done with someone else making a big contribution.

We just got a much needed wicket. We definitely need a few more quite quickly as they've got too many wickets in hand and the required run rate isn't very high.

Relegation reprobates won by 2 wickets
It was almost an impressive collapse by Relegation reprobates. At one stage it went from 212-4 to 214-8 and that included Clarke dropping McPetrie which would have meant a hattrick for Roberson. Moses also dropped Gehrs which meant that Gehrs and McPetrie saw Relegation reprobates home with 4 balls to spare.

A very close game throughout and, in the end, we needed 2 runs to win from the final ball of the innings and Westerveld managed to get it. We're now 6 points clear of the relegation zone.
Westerveld was key in this game with some excellent bowling which picked up wickets and was economical (3-17). It was a good team batting performance with everyone who batted getting into double figures. Dickerson and Gilbert were joint top scorers with 33 each.

A tough game against the top of the table side. We did win the toss though and bowled first.

The bowling went okay but it still wasn't an easy total to reach. However, Best made an excellent 74 not out from 64 balls to see us get an impressive win with an over to spare.

As expected, especially as we were both missing a player to the U20's Tour, of course it hurt the 50%er a lot less than us.
