when it comes to bowler variety and selecting your team with all bowlers being equal which has a bigger impact? Pitch or weather conditions?
Can one cancel the benefit of the other completely or equally?
Is it only when both combine favorably that the benefit is greater than that from having a balanced bowling attack?

it depends on the pitch and the weather to what has the greater effect.
Sunny has no effect, windy helps the spinners a fair bit.
Slow has minimal effect but sticky gives a good boost to all bowlers.
The bowler variety is only a small %age boost overall.

Does the gap between skills get larger past exceptional? I thought i recalled hearing that sometime. Or is the gap the same thru to Legendary?

The gap is the same for all levels, just much longer to train due to the slowdown.

The summaries are larger past outstanding though

The increased gap after outstanding with the summaries, does that apply to both bowlers and batsmen or just one? secondly, are there plans to adjust it in the near future?

I can't recall the reasoning for merging the senior and youth Academies. Has it had the desired impact yet or are there more changes in the making?
I did like the old way with separate ones, combined is alright. Personally I would prefer the club manager to have some extra input in spreading the total investment between youth and seniors. A sliding scale. training pods, or even a choice of 3 or 4 options.
