I'm aware you have to start an affiliate club in another country but can you transfer to the same country after a season or two?

Is form going to be reset straight after the last world cup final to allow us more time to set our sides before the first match?
Its the only opportunity to compare and asses your squad without the influences of fatigue and form. Its a time period a few hours long.

form is always reset soon after WC finishes
It will be the last time it is done this way
Next EOS all non-nats will be reset then with Nats done at the current time

a) nats as in red-starrers or tourers?
b) if (a) is red-starrers, then when does the cutoff apply, as in what if they are fired within the week?

we should be able to do it by touring players but doing it by nats is safer
the following weekend we can just do all players again to be sure they were captured

Rankings.
Currently team rankings are calculated by potential only. As in by average match rating regardless of result.
National teams have their rankings calculated totally different. It disregards match ratings and calculates based on results in each division.
Is there any plans to change this?

not really but we are looking at adding a 'prestige' where results are used rather than ratings i.e beat better teams and get more points

Is it normal for a schedule to have a team play all its home matches in the same week, then all away, in that rotation for the entire season? That is my schedule for this season anyways.

its not usual but it does happen, you are either lucky or unlucky.
