We won again! It's beginning to look like the league cup win has kick-started our senior season!

Rush was a tiny bit expensive for a slow pitch but did the main part of his job today which was picking up wickets and ended with 4-50. Westerveld was great at the end getting their top scorer and 3 other late wickets to finish with 4-34.

2 T20 wins in a row gives us a chance of survival. Rush did great to pick up 3 wickets but we struggled with the batting. Needing 112 to win we lost a couple of early wickets. Clarke was the star though and scored 55 not out to get us the win.

Relatively comfortable in the end although there were a couple of drops towards the end which might have made me more nervous. The big shame was that Durham missed out on his century and finished on 92 not out.

Obuya plays his final youth game for the club. He's been a decent captain for the youth side despite only being a reliable captain. His batting will be missed but it gives an opportunity to a younger batsman.

We're back to being 4 points clear at the top.

Another win for our youth side, we are flying now!

We started off bowling reasonably well on a slow pitch as we got them down to 90-4. However, we really struggled after that and they got 248-6. I can't see us chasing that and it looks as if some missed chances really cost us.

We're 151-6 now and we've got no proper batters left. It feels like this loss against the side currently propping up the league is pretty much going to seal our relegation.
