Another team with an exceptional good run of youth pulls. I never really understood probability (but the only variable is the academy ????

Do Pavilion Member pull better quality YPs?

members and non members get the same quality. A higher academy has a higher probability of a star recruit although not by much. If your "only" getting 2 or 3 top recruits a season then you are doing well and will have a great senior side in time.

Youth Pulls, Sometimes good, sometimes not so good

I’m pretty sure it’s been mentioned before that random country vs specific country does not change the probability.

I believe pulling “General” has a slight chance of pulling a slightly better player than a specific player (Keeper, Spinner, etc.).

Yep, either a feast or a famine.
It's been a few seasons for me. I saw someone shared a 30k youth pull in the forum here this last week. Pretty sure his academy is satisfactory.
There's normally some decent 16yr olds on the market that you could always purchase and train.
