I'd have been interested to see the skills of those three with 20k wages.

Re: Open Forum (Ask GMs)
I know the gracious CrowverLord has provided data before with Youth Pulls over $1k per nation per academy.
Maybe some data like that might help? I think the percentage of random youth pulls Australia receives had been reduced, I’d be curious to see if it’s having the desired impact.
I’d also be curious (but not sure if the data would be easy to grab) on a rough indicator on what the average $1k youth pull per season is per academy level.
Possibly pushing my luck

Just here to contribute a few cracking commentary lines and spend hours on the transfer market.

Re: Open Forum (Ask GMs)
i will look into my teams a little deeper later as I have one team with a superior academy and another with a deluxe and it would would be nice to explore the difference.
But I would like to preface that 12 weeks is a short timeframe, and there’s going to be teams with great runs and teams with terrible runs in that time despite having the same academy.

Re: Open Forum (Ask GMs)
Are new teams still being accepted to set up in Australia, England and India? I thought i saw some new ones in England and was thinking that is counterproductive when we are trying to downsize them.

Not sure stopping anyone from joining the leagues in the top three is the right way to go, giving me a nudge in a direction is fine but outright banning them isn't something I'd agree with.

I'm pretty sure closing the 3 to new teams for the moment would be the right way to go.wolfberries wrote: ↑Sat Dec 23, 2023 11:10 pmNot sure stopping anyone from joining the leagues in the top three is the right way to go, giving me a nudge in a direction is fine but outright banning them isn't something I'd agree with.
There has been a waiting list in the past for individual countries and i dont see why there shouldn't be now. New managers should of been made aware that there are 5 divs in those 3 countries and 4 in all the remaining ones.
Just the same as it would be counterproductive to allow any number of clubs to transfer to any of those 3 since it has already been established that countries of 120 teams with 4 divs is more appropriate for the current user base and direction of the game.

You are right new teams are still accepted but we should put a note on the registration page to let new managers know that those three countries have 5 while the others have 4.

I still think it'd help and make sense to use the waiting list for those 3 countries, deferring their creation to the off season week and no delay for all other countries.GM-crowfan65 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 24, 2023 12:07 amYou are right new teams are still accepted but we should put a note on the registration page to let new managers know that those three countries have 5 while the others have 4.

Re: Open Forum (Ask GMs)
What is the cut off age for youth going on international tours?
I see a few selected to tour next week are already 21.0 and they'll be touring at 21.01 which is an extra 2 weeks compared to a domestic player.
