Season 60 Dutch youth pull competition

Rule First,
1) A manager should pull at least 13 youth players in 14 weeks to get on to the competition.
2) A player gets registered only at 16.0 of age, if you ever missed recruit and wanted to add the player in next week, that won't be counted. It's hard to get real rating so that's only the case.

3 month Membership for the Best pull
1 month Membership for the worst Pull
1 month Membership for at least 13 youth pull for one random person only

And with the participants of Season 60 youth pull competition, a friendly competition will be organized in the next season 61. The top 8 with the highest numbers of youth pull will participate in the competition.
