Any training suggestions? I have a deluxe academy and set him to start training batting technique with the intention of him being an allrounder in youth club leagues eventually.

He'd probably make a nice Club allrounder, personally i'd focus more on the Bowling given his starting skills

Thanks for the advice. I only have a small squad and he'll likely get a few matches next season. I might take advantage of his gifted batting while he is 16 and train it up to reasonable asap and then switch to bowling and fielding for the remainder of his youth seasons. As a medium pacer I think he will need some batting to attract the eyes of selectors.

After 1 season of recruiting we need to make you aware of what is required of an International player.

Primaries...at Least Expert normally Outstanding
Technique again at least Expert
Fielding at least reliable (except Keeper)....players train Fielding faster at 16yrs old.
Keepers at least Expert Keeping and Batting.
Endurance.... Reasonable
I also see players trying to make allrounders....this is a long shot and I prefer to see Bowlers who can bat ie Reasonable Batsmen...Trying to do more normally means that they are not good enough bowlers..
