Recruited this fella and am keen to get some training advice and see what you think his potential may be.
He has dreadful experience but will start playing 2 senior games weekly from tomorrow and I have him scheduled as captain for 1 game per week. I'm planning to train fielding to reliable and then I'm unsure of what to train after that. I have a deluxe academy.

Nice one. I'd go fielding to reliable, and then make him a full time bowler who can bat. Not opposed to AR training until he hits capable bat before moving to full time bowl/tech.

I’d be tempted into pure bat due to the left handedness but honestly any of the options (bat, bowling AR or pure bowler) return a very decent player.
