Current system spread the work load. Can exchange the days but not on same day.
Nat Manager Pak (S47-50)
Nat Assist Pak (S42-S46), SA (S51-S52), SL(S53-S56), U20 Pak (S57-S59)

Yeah im not a fan of this, much prefer having something to check and do on the game on 2 seperate days

I think the youth currently train a few minutes before the yt20 match starts. Does that mean they are all slightly fatigued from training before the match starts? I'd prefer them to be different days or times considering we just made changes to the fitness updates to consider people setting their best sides for an upcoming match.

Training doesn't affect a player; it has no effect on fatigue unless on rest training, when it will improve.

Don't think its ever affected the player for their t20 match
