A close game. I didn't think we got enough on a dry pitch with just 206; most batters got in but didn't go on to make a big score.

YorkshireTykes had one big partnership which looked like it was going to win them the game but we managed to break the partnership just in time. Bennett was the star with the ball with 4-29.

At least Bennett was good with the ball for his 3-25. My other seamers were a bit of a disgrace. Even though the batters were given far too much to do they were also largely a disgrace to lose by so many. It was a green pitch so it probably shouldn't have been as much of a minefield as they seemed to make it.

A big win in the context of our survival aims for the season. We lose our established allrounder to the seniors next week. He, Needham, took 3-31 which was only bettered by Vaughn's 3-30 as Egham reached 186-6.

That total gave us a chance but was by no means going to be easy. Kutty was excellent for his 103 from 108 balls. We'll have to make the most of that as next week is his last youth week. We just about got home on this slow pitch and we had 3 overs to spare.

A good win today. The bowling was tough on an even pitch and they managed to get 289. There was some fantastic batting from us with Bullock opening the innings and getting 120 not out from 120 balls, Durham with a respectable 41, and then Dickerson with a great 114 from 100 balls.

Not a bad way for Kutty to say goodbye to YT20 cricket with 86 not out from 46 balls which means he's scored 191 runs (at an average of 191 runs) in 3 innings in YT20. We bowled first and they got 174 on a hard pitch. Kutty's innings and a 49 not out from captain Daniel saw us to victory.
