The absolute hardcap has not come in yet, there was an issue with the coding the way we wanted it to work.
Stay tuned as it will be announced next season that the HC will be coming in a slightly different form

Are the advertised hard caps on squad sizes going ahead or has it been scrapped? Will the advertised improvement to bot sides be going ahead or has it been scrapped too?

My Apologies, the main coder is doing a bigger job and the other is awol. Leaving just me and my personal life has taken priority for the last 6 mths. I do want to do it and will just have to block out some time to get it sorted. The bbot thing was just remiss of me, I could have done that

Depends on age. For youth I'd say 12 weeks for Batting/Tech/Bowling/Keeping. Probably 4 weeks for fielding, maybe 6 for endo and power (assuming you are training fitness/strength).

For older seniors it'd be maybe 4 weeks for Power and Endo. For batting/bowling/tech/keeping it would be maybe 15/16 for players 21-24, older than that and it's very slow to get increases in those skills.
